In Chile, to the peaceful marches and protests of thousands of people, against the high cost of living and social injustices, law enforcement agencies mutilate people.
This work is a small tribute to all those who have lost their eyes protesting in peaceful marches and have been attacked by police forces with "rubber" bullets.
The newspaper clippings are from the day the work was painted.
